1. Services
Coachella Party provides high-end event experiences including photo booths, GlamBot activations, immersive backdrops, and more. Service availability may vary depending on location, time, and demand.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Final payment is due as outlined in your agreement. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may incur additional charges. If your event is postponed, we will make every effort to reschedule based on availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the venue at the agreed time.
- Provide necessary power outlets and space for setup.
- Inform us of any access restrictions, stairs, or delivery policies in advance.
5. Media Usage & Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Coachella Party reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during your event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. We respect privacy—please inform us in writing if this is not permitted.
6. Equipment & Safety
We take every precaution to ensure the safety and reliability of our equipment. However, we are not liable for delays or malfunctions due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, power outages, or venue limitations.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Coachella Party, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, logos, and branding—is the property of Coachella Party or its partners and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
