Made for corporate and convention crowds

Most of our San Diego bookings are corporate, and the toolkit reflects it. Branded overlays and custom printed frames put your logo in every share. The AI photo booth builds a themed experience around your brand or product, which turns a booth visit into the thing attendees talk about at the next session. The Fashion Booth, with professional studio flash and a real photographer, works brilliantly as a headshot station at meetings and association events. When a program calls for more than a booth in a corner, the fleet steps up. The GlamBot brings award show slow motion to a gala entrance, complete with red carpet and stanchions. And our vintage 1966 Airstream converts into a photo lounge or serving vehicle for outdoor programs, the same unit that has handled multi day corporate installations elsewhere in Southern California.

Multi day programs welcome

Convention programs rarely fit inside one evening. A booth might need to run three show days in a row, move between a ballroom and a terrace, or restart early each morning. We staff for that, schedule attendants in rotation, restock print media daily, and keep the setup show ready from the first session to the last.
