The Ice Cream Airstream turns our 1966 silver trailer into a full mobile dessert parlor. A polished service window, a custom freezer build that keeps every flavor perfect through a long event, and treats handed out in packaging your guests will want to photograph.
The silver bullet is an instant draw, retro and luxe at once. When the window opens and the first scoops appear, the trailer stops being a backdrop and becomes the experience.
Through our partner European Desserts, we serve authentic Italian fruit Ripieni: real fruit shells refilled with sorbet made from the same fruit, crafted in Italy and individually packaged for elegant, effortless service. Coconut and lemon are the crowd favorites, with mango, orange, and pineapple right behind.
And it scales. For festivals and large activations we bring a refrigerated truck that holds thousands of servings, so the last guest in line gets the same perfect treat as the first.
A guest favorite. Coconut sorbet frozen inside the real half shell, made in Italy and individually packed, so service through the window takes seconds. Creamy, cold, and impossible to put down.
The other crowd favorite. Bright lemon sorbet served in the whole fruit, the Italian classic that cools a desert afternoon in two spoonfuls.
Orange sorbet in its own peel. Elegant in the hand, zero mess, and exactly as good as it looks.
Pineapple sorbet packed back into the shell. Pure vacation energy, straight from the freezer.
Summer weddings, brand activations, company parties, festivals: anywhere a dessert table would feel flat and a line of happy guests is the goal.
Wrap it in your brand, theme the menu, print the napkins. The Airstream, the packaging, and the flavors all take your identity.
Exterior: 256 in (21.33 ft) long by 89 in (7.5 ft) wide by 114 in (9.5 ft) high. Bumper to bumper: 312 in (26 ft). Weight: 2,000 lb. Powered by one standard 110V plug; 20 amp runs the lights, music, and equipment, and a generator can be provided for an additional cost.
Interior: Clean white interior with two built-in wood benches, dimmable color LED lights, Bluetooth speakers, rooftop A/C and heater, a wood floor, an inside and outside bar, and a water well with evacuation. The 1966 silver 66 Spirit has no side windows (two in front and back, three small roof openings), leaving wide open space for personalization and branding inside and out.
