Corporate groups come to Rancho Mirage

When Zeiss brought its corporate event to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas, we parked Callie, our 1973 VW Booth Bus, at the resort and the team lined up all night. That is a typical Rancho Mirage booking: a national company holds its meeting in the desert and wants one memorable thing that gets everyone out of work mode. Branded prints, custom video overlays and instant sharing make sure the memory travels home with every attendee. Pricing, honestly

Typical market rates for attended photo booths in the valley run from several hundred dollars to the low thousands for a standard evening, with premium video, AI and robotic experiences above that. Tell us your date, venue and hours and we will send a written proposal, not a guess.

Weddings and annual galas

Rancho Mirage hosts a steady rhythm of weddings at the resorts and annual galas that return to the same ballrooms every season.
