Our event history in this city runs deep, from private homes to restaurant parties all over town. Three venues we love most:

JW Marriott Desert Springs. Grand ballrooms and lagoon-side lawns that host some of the valley’s biggest galas. We know where a booth shines in every one of those rooms.

The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. An evening event surrounded by gardens and desert wildlife deserves an experience as memorable as the setting.

McCallum Theatre. Opening nights and fundraisers with a red carpet feel. The lobby was practically made for a glam camera.

Your exact number depends on the experience, the date, the hours of service and any custom printing or backdrop work, so the honest answer is a written quote for your specific event.

Palm Desert calendars fill with charity galas, country club member nights, corporate meetings at the resorts, and milestone birthdays at home. Each one gets a different recipe.
