The night we packed the House of Blues

When Navitas threw its APEC party at the House of Blues Anaheim, more than 500 guests filled the venue with an open bar, a live band and dancers. Our booth held its own against all of it. The Disco Ball backdrop turned out to be the magnet of the night, pulling guests over all evening and sending them home with prints. High volume events like that are a test of throughput: fast capture, fast printing, and an attendant who keeps the energy up without letting the line stall. That night is why we trust our gear at any scale.

Convention corridor experience

Our Orange County history also includes events at the Anaheim Convention Center and the Phoenix Club. For trade shows and conferences, a booth is a booth traffic engine: branded prints and overlays put your logo in every photo, instant text and email sharing spreads it beyond the hall, and our marketing package can include a data file of shares so your team can follow up after the show. For Orange County weddings and milestone parties we bring the classic print booth with unlimited customized prints, a personalized online gallery and tasteful props, or the 360 video booth for a dance floor crowd. Custom backdrops are printed to match your palette, and every package includes a professional attendant from setup to teardown.

Travel and pricing

We are based in Palm Desert, roughly two hours from most Orange County venues, and we schedule travel so load in happens well before your doors open. Attended photo booth rentals in the Southern California market typically run from several hundred dollars into the low thousands for a standard event, with premium video and AI experiences quoted above that. Your proposal will be specific to your venue, date and hours.

Paperwork handled

Big Orange County venues run on logistics: certificates of insurance, dock schedules and security lists are part of nearly every booking. We handle vendor paperwork ourselves and show up with the documents your venue expects, because a booth that cannot get past the dock is not entertainment, it is a problem. Tell us your venue when you inquire and we will confirm the requirements before your event week, not during it.
